Offer and scope
This is a public offer for Kamila’s currently available free digital service: creating event invitations from available templates, sharing them and managing guest responses through available features. Event organization, venue booking, guest transportation and third-party services are outside its scope. Users act on their own behalf or with appropriate authority.
How to accept
After reading the terms, deliberately creating or sharing an invitation to use the service constitutes acceptance of this offer for the free service. Merely viewing this page or remaining silent is not acceptance. If you disagree, do not perform these actions; account deletion is explained separately. This acceptance does not replace separate data-processing consent where required.
Price and payment
The current service under this offer is free. In-app purchases are disabled; this offer does not authorize a payment, subscription or automatic charge. Your connectivity provider may charge separately under its terms. Any future paid feature will present its scope, total price, payment and refund terms before ordering and require separate confirmation.
Service delivery
The digital result is provided in the app or through a link depending on the available feature. A preview-only design is not an available sharing service. The user completes sending in Telegram; opening its window does not confirm delivery. The host checks the date, venue and text and informs guests of changes. External platforms, connectivity and maintenance interruptions may cause delays.
Responsibilities
The operator provides the stated features, applies personal data safeguards and receives user requests. Users provide accurate information, protect their accounts, hold the required rights to content and guest data and use the service lawfully. Further rules appear in the Terms of use and data handling is described in the Privacy policy.
Ending use and disputes
You may stop using the service, cancel an invitation through available controls or request account deletion. There is no cancellation fee for the free service. Send service issues or complaints to the operator; requests are handled as required by law. Uzbekistan law applies. Your right to contact a competent authority or court and other mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

The revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes are announced in the service or on this page, with separate consent where required by law. New terms do not impose charges retroactively on completed actions. This document does not limit your mandatory legal rights.
