Kamila is provided by RAILCAR DESIGN CONSTRUCTION, a limited liability company and the responsible personal data operator for the service. Tax ID: 311340465. Registered on 22 May 2024 under number 2469988. Business address shown on its certificate: Tashkent city, Chilonzor district, 2-Katta Chilonzor MFY, 2nd block, building 60, apartment 18.
Using Kamila
Kamila helps create and share event invitations and manage guest responses. You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of the information you share. Impersonation without permission, spam, threats and unlawful material are not allowed.
Content and sharing
Upload only photos, audio and text you are entitled to use and share. Recipients may forward links. Opening Telegram does not confirm delivery; finish sending in Telegram. After changing the date or venue, check that guests received the update.
Availability and purchases
Some designs are available only for preview on the device; the app indicates this before sending. In-app purchases are currently disabled. Prices and payment terms will be shown in the relevant store when purchasing is enabled. Connectivity, external services and device settings may affect reminders and delivery.
Reports and support
Report an inappropriate invitation through the in-app report action or @maxtour_support. Access may be restricted following an authorized review. The separate page below explains account deletion.
Content rights
You retain your rights to the content you upload. You permit use only as needed to store it, display it in your selected design and deliver it to your chosen guests. This is not consent for separate advertising or another independent purpose. Kamila designs and software may be used within the service’s permitted features.
Restrictions and legal rights
Access to an account or content may be restricted for security or a substantiated violation. You may ask support to review the decision. Kamila is not the event organizer and does not promise that an event will take place or guests will attend. The operator’s liability is governed by Uzbekistan law and mandatory consumer rights remain protected. The Public offer sets out how the service is provided.
Document updates
The revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes are announced in the service or on this page, with separate consent where required by law. New terms do not impose charges retroactively on completed actions. This document does not limit your mandatory legal rights.
Contact us
Use the contact channels below for support, complaints or personal data requests. Include your Kamila ID or account email when needed. Do not send passwords, verification codes, your entire address book or private invitation links. An account request may require secure proof of account ownership.
