Kamila is provided by RAILCAR DESIGN CONSTRUCTION, a limited liability company and the responsible personal data operator for the service. Tax ID: 311340465. Registered on 22 May 2024 under number 2469988. Business address shown on its certificate: Tashkent city, Chilonzor district, 2-Katta Chilonzor MFY, 2nd block, building 60, apartment 18.
Data we use
Kamila receives a verified account identifier and available name, email or avatar from your chosen sign-in provider. A phone is linked when you add it or permit Telegram to provide it. Invitation text, dates and addresses, selected photos/audio, guests, RSVPs, wishes, notification tokens and technical logs support the corresponding features.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is processed to deliver the service you request: signing in, creating and sharing invitations, managing guest responses and support. You may decline or withdraw optional permissions or consent for features that rely on them. Processing necessary for legal obligations, security and protection of rights is limited to what the law permits. Contact permission is not required to share a link through Telegram.
Contacts and device permissions
Contact permission is requested when you choose contacts. Selected numbers are matched on the server using a protected hash; address-book names are not sent in that request. You may decline contacts or notifications and change permissions in device settings.
Who can access data
A guest’s RSVP and wish are available to that guest and the host. A link you share may reveal a brief invitation preview; share it only with intended recipients. Supabase infrastructure, your chosen Apple/Google/Telegram sign-in provider, email delivery and Apple/Google notification services process data needed for their functions. You confirm sending in Telegram.
Control and deletion
You can edit your profile, replace a link, revoke guest access and delete your account in the app. The Delete account page below explains in-app and external requests, erased data and minimal retained records.
Browser storage
Continuing an invitation through Telegram may temporarily store a technical key in the browser session; it is cleared after continuation. Reading legal pages does not require sign-in or contact permission. The chosen language is passed as a link parameter.
Infrastructure and storage location
Kamila uses Supabase for its database and media; the current server region is Mumbai, India. Web pages are delivered through Sites and Cloudflare, which may process IP addresses, browser and request information. Some data is therefore processed outside Uzbekistan. Disclosures must be limited to data needed for the requested feature or a legal obligation; contact the operator for applicable international transfer safeguards. Selling personal data is not a purpose of the service.
Retention and security
Account and invitation data is retained for as long as needed for the service. Account deletion removes profile data, media and invitations under the deletion process. Minimal records needed for security, disputes or legal obligations may remain for the period required by that purpose; backup removal may not be immediate. HTTPS and access controls are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Selected contact numbers are sent over an encrypted connection, then hashed and matched on the server.
Your rights and requests
To the extent provided by law, you may request information about and access to your data, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent authority or court. Withdrawing consent does not automatically remove necessary retention on another lawful ground. You may contact us without signing in. Posting a child’s data requires the authority and consent required by law.
Document updates
The revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes are announced in the service or on this page, with separate consent where required by law. New terms do not impose charges retroactively on completed actions. This document does not limit your mandatory legal rights.

Use the contact channels below for support, complaints or personal data requests. Include your Kamila ID or account email when needed. Do not send passwords, verification codes, your entire address book or private invitation links. An account request may require secure proof of account ownership.
